Where and How to Buy CBD Oil
I get asked the most common question almost every day: Where and how do you buy CBD Oil? It may seem strange to some people because of the confusion, lack knowledge, and completely false claims about CBD Oil and its sub-products.
What to look for when buying CBD Oil
People make the most common mistake of confusing Hemp Oil and CBD Oil. They are completely different products that have different goals. Hemp Oil can be used as a nutritional supplement with many benefits, but it doesn’t possess the same properties as CBD Oil.
Hemp oils are obtained by pressing the oil from hemp seeds, while CBD oil comes from the stalks and leaves of the hemp plant. Both oils contain very little or no Tetrahydrocannabinol, also known as THC.
THC is found in Marijuana or Cannabis plants. However, it is only in the female plant as well as in the sweet leaves and flowers. We shouldn’t be too concerned about CBD, which is derived from hemp plants.
Now the question is how do you get CBD Oil? This is a relatively unregulated industry, and there are many levels of purity. I’ve seen purities as high as 16% CBD, with coconut oil and avocado oil being the rest. To 99% CBD oil with a 1% vegetable oil base.
My CBD Oil Recommendations
We receive samples almost every week from CBD oil companies across the country trying to convince us that their products are the best. We receive everything, from chocolates that were completely melted when we opened them to bath bombs and flavored oils.
The following list contains the products we believe to be the best quality and most pure on the market. They will be listed in the order we believe is best. The highest quality items are those with the lowest numbers.
1. Green RoadsThe product I use for my family’s health is Pharmacist Formulated. It is 99% pure CBD Oil with a vegetable glycerin based. It is also available for patients by many doctors in Florida.
2. NuLeaf Naturals is 100% organic Colorado Hemp, but they do not offer edibles at the moment of writing.
3. CBDistillery, a Colorado-based company that was founded in 2016, rates fairly well on our scale.
4. Some people love Charlotte’s Web, but I wasn’t impressed by its performance.
5. Diamond CBD is my last option since they use alcohol for their extraction methods. This turned me off instantly.
Third Party Testing
Third-party testing by an independent laboratory should be required for all CBD products. To check the lab reports, always look for a QR code on the packaging. You should scan the report at the very least before buying the product. Some reports can be quite long and complex, filled with medical jargon.
It is also important to verify that the hemp has been grown in a USDA-inspected, approved facility. These requirements are met by all five of the companies I’ve listed.
Where to buy CBD oil online
Remember that CBDOil and other CBD-related products are often cheaper than the best. They are two completely different products that serve different purposes, as I mentioned before.
I recommend that you do not buy CBD oil online or CBD products online without knowing the following. Is the CBD Oil CO2 Extracted? If it is, then they are using solvents such as Alcohol or Butane. I don’t know about you but those chemicals are not good for my body, nor any of my friends or family.
Remember that many product reviews online are written by people who are trying to sell your products. Caveat Emptor, which is an old saying, states that only the buyer is responsible for ensuring the quality and suitability to be purchased.
You should ensure that you only buy from a trusted company that has independent third-party testing by an independent laboratory. You should ensure that CBD Oil is at least 95% pure with no additives. It is also important to extract CO2 from the CBD Oil.
