What Is The Best CBD For Neuropathy

The pain associated with neuropathy symptoms makes life difficult for those who are suffering from the condition.

Neuropathy is the dysfunction or damage of one or several nerves that usually results in tingling, numbness, weakness, and pain in the affected area.

It often starts in the hands or feet, but it can affect other parts of the body, too.

Rheumatoid Arthritis PainNeuropathy is treated by medicine that regulates pain. Most people with neuropathy, however, are looking for a more natural way to treat this said condition.

Today, one of the alternative methods people are looking at in terms of managing neuropathic pain is CBD, short for cannabidiol.

What’s the best CBD for neuropathy? Let’s find out. But first, let’s talk about neuropathy.

A Quick Background on Neuropathy

The human body is composed of a complex system of millions of nerves, each helping influence physical sensations.

When one or more of these nerves is damaged or suffers dysfunction, the term used to refer to the condition is neuropathy.

As mentioned, symptoms of neuropathy include numbness or muscle weakness in the hands, feet, and other body parts.

Symptoms of neuropathy can be very painful and intense. When muscle weakness occurs regularly, it can eventually lead to deterioration, and this, in turn, can subject the body to sharp and painful conditions.

It can even lead to conditions like arthritis at times. The resulting intense inflammatory pain can significantly diminish the quality of the life of a person suffering from the condition.

Doctor Checking For Diabetic NeuropathyThe body has a way of dealing with symptoms of neuropathy, and, according to scientists, the endocannabinoid system has a large role to play in neuropathic pain management.

The endocannabinoid system or ECS is responsible for regulating and balancing various processes in the body, including pain, communication between cells, appetite, mood, memory, and immune system response.

One form of neuropathy is peripheral neuropathy. It’s described as deterioration or damage of nerves that are located outside the central nervous system.

The purpose of these nerves is to send signals from the central nervous system to different parts of the body. Damage to these nerves can cause neurotransmitters to fail in terms of responding to the brain.

Research says that the peripheral nervous system contains trace elements of CB1R and CB2R, which are two very important cannabinoid receptors.

Research also says that cholinergic sensory neurons, motoneurons, and inter neurons in the myenteric ganglia all express the cannabinoid receptor CB1R.

It was found that cannabinoid receptors can help inhibit intense pain symptomatic of peripheral neuropathy when they are activated by neurotransmitters.

Causes and Symptoms of Peripheral Neuropathy

There are over a hundred different types of peripheral neuropathy.

Each of them has symptoms that are unique, which means each of them is also treated via specific treatment options.

Not only that, but peripheral neuropathies are classified further by the type of nerve damage that they produce.

For instance, when only one nerve is involved, it is referred to as mononeuropathy.

The more common one is polyneuropathy, which occurs when several nerves are damaged.

Individuals who have a family history of neuropathy are more likely to develop it.

However, there are other factors and underlying conditions that may also cause the disorder.

Healthy Green CBD Oil - Senior Dealing With PainNerve damage as a result of diabetes is one of the most common types of neuropathy.

The condition often leads to pain, numbness, and loss of sensation in the arms or legs.

That said, people who have diabetes have a higher chance of developing neuropathy, and so are people who are overweight, have high blood pressure, and are over 40 years of age.

According to experts, nearly 60% of people who have diabetes also have some sort of nerve damage. T

he damage is often a result of high blood sugar levels. Aside from diabetes, there are other chronic diseases that may cause neuropathy.

Kidney disorders, for instance, can cause nerve damage resulting from high amounts of toxins in the body.

Hypothyroidism, which is a result of the body not producing enough thyroid hormone, could also cause fluid retention and pressure that surround nerve tissues.

Man With Extreme Knee PainHealth conditions that cause chronic inflammation can also spread to the nerves and damage the connective tissues that protect them. Finally, deficiencies of vitamin B-1, B-6, B-12, and E may also cause neuropathy.

Treating Neuropathy Naturally

Peripheral neuropathy is often treated with prescription medications and over-the-counter pain relievers, such as Tylenol.

These treatment options work well, but over time, they can cause problems to the stomach and liver.

This is one reason why more and more people with neuropathy are looking for more natural ways to treat their condition.

The good news is that there are several ways to deal with neuropathic pain naturally.

One of the best ways to deal with neuropathic pain naturally is exercise.

Exercise can promote muscle tone, and this helps reduce many symptoms of neuropathy.

It can also help combat many health issues that cause neuropathy.

Take diabetes, for instance.

Woman Taking Green Roads CBD OilRegular exercise helps regulate blood sugar levels, which reduces the risk of diabetes, which in turn reduces the risk of neuropathy.

In addition, exercise can help reduce pressure on peripheral blood vessels, something that can benefit those who are at risk of neuropathy.

Speaking of diabetes, making changes to one’s diet can also be an excellent way to deal with neuropathy.

We now know that diabetes is a leading cause of neuropathy. Sticking to a diet plan that lowers your blood sugar levels can ease symptoms of diabetes, which lowers your risk of neuropathy.

Taking vitamins is another natural way to treat neuropathy. A number of vitamins may support nerve health, as well as ease peripheral neuropathic pain.

Deficiencies with B-12, B-9, B-1, and B-6 can cause damage to the protective coating of the nerves, so it makes sense to take B-complex vitamins to help deal with neuropathy.

Taking vitamin E supplements is also a great idea as vitamin E acts as an antioxidant and reducing inflammation, as well as burning and tingling sensations.

Diagram Of Body OrgansMost recently, people are turning to CBD-based products. CBD interacts with the endocannabinoid system, and this interaction leads to a number of positive benefits including pain management and relaxation.

More study needs to be done on the benefits of CBD on neuropathy, but one animal study has already shown that CBD can indeed reduce neuropathy, particularly one that’s caused by chemotherapy.

The Best CBD For Neuropathy

CBD-based products come in various forms. Green Roads, for instance, offers CBD in the form of oil, topical cream, soft gels and capsules, and even gummy bears.

Each of these comes in different strengths and doses, so if you’re going to pick one, I suggest you start with the smallest dose first.

Is CBD oil better than CBD cream for treating neuropathy? You’re the only one who can tell actually.

Some people say CBD cream is better for neuropathy.

Others say CBD oil is the way to go.

Still, others say CBD gummies are their bet.

Glucose Meter For Testing Blood Sugar LevelsCBD cream might be a good option if you’re targeting a specific area in the body, although you can’t expect it to be able to penetrate deep down into your skin.

If you want something with a more general effect, then CBD oil would be a great option.

One thing about CBD oil is that it’s taken sublingually, which means it takes effect almost immediately.

A full-spectrum CBD product is also likely to be more effective than a broad-spectrum one or a CBD isolate product.

The reason is that full-spectrum CBD products come with the full range of beneficial cannabinoids and compounds found in hemp.

Full-spectrum also comes with THC, but don’t worry because it’s limited to 0.3%, which is the legal limit.

Most studies done on the benefits of CBD were done involving both CBD and THC, so it would make sense if full-spectrum CBD would be the faster-acting, if not more effective, option.

Neuropathy can cause serious pain, and this pain can be debilitating at times.

Not all types of neuropathy can be cured, but early treatment may improve your chances of reversing the problem.

Healthy Green CBD OilAs I have shared, the best CBD for neuropathy is the one that works best for you.

As we’ve discussed, a form of CBD that works for one person may not work for you.

It’s okay to experiment at first to find which CBD product you’ll find the most effective.

The good thing about CBD is that it doesn’t have the adverse side effects associated with pharmaceutical drugs used to treat neuropathy.

If you’re suffering from neuropathy and are considering adding CBD as part of your treatment regimen, it’s important to talk to your doctor about it first.

If you’re ready to try CBD today, go to this page right now and gain access to a wide range of CBD products by Green Roads.

This could be one of the most important decisions you’re going to make, so don’t let anything hold you back!

My friend has a lot of pain and this has been going on for several years. She says she is at her worst in the morning. Recently she was diagnosed with fibromyalgia and other long terms which I do not remember. It seems she is always having discomfort even though she is on medication which hardly makes a difference. I am not much of a pill popper and on reading this article, I am thinking that CBD products might be a good option for her, after permission from her doctor of course. Thank you for the suggestion. I might need some for myself

Its amazing to me that marijuana is still classified as a federal schedule 1 drug meaning that it has no medical use and is considered extremely harmful. Diabetic neuropathy is just one of many uses for CBD oil and other cannabis products. Diabetes is in my family and they do suffer nerve pain, I will definitely share your site with them.
