    I found your article quite interesting! I’ve used CBD for some pain relief and to help with minor health issues but had not considered it for memory and concentration. From what you have said, it seems like it might actually be beneficial for that, too.

    Do you know if it might help with memory issues that are caused by fetal alcohol syndrome. Our adopted daughters have FAS. They are adults and if it can help, I might let them try it.

    I have CRPS and I use CBD lotion to help with the pain so I can attest to the fact that CBD can do amazing things. I really appreciate that you made it clear that CBD isn’t a miracle cure if you don’t put in the work to correct bad habits. Getting more sleep is something I am trying to accomplish. Naturally, I sleep about 6 hours a night, and sometimes I take a nap in the afternoon if my body calls for it.     CBD has become a large market around the world. I have heard that it can help with all types of maladies. I am still a skeptic about its use. 

    I have found that whenever a person in not getting enough sleep they are normally cranky, lethargic, forgetful along with a variety of other symptoms. Changing their lifestyle can help correct some of those symptoms but not others. My question is does taking CBD benefit them in the long run since they are changing from one habit or lifestyle change to another? Does taking CBD become habit forming and what are the side-effects? Some people do need a sleep aid in order to get that good nights sleep.  If that is the case where using a safe, effective sleep-aid is necessary then they need to do so.

    Some people will do anything in order to be sharp during their shift at work. Does taking CBD truly give them an edge over their competition or is it a crutch for  lack of confidence? For those who feel it necessary to take such a product it may give them a short-term edge.
