Crap, I’m awake again and I slept less than two hours

    Wow this may be just what I am looking for. I fall asleep easily but most nights I wake up between 2 and 4 am and then battle to fall asleep again. Then like your wife I get up and do some work. Then by 2 pm I feel like I need to sleep but I can’t because I am at work. 

    I am definitely going to give your recommendation a go and see if I can improve the quality of my sleep in any way.

    I hadn’t thought about CBD for sleep but with the information in your article, I’m wondering if this might help my sister who suffers from multiple sclerosis (MS). She sometimes has problems getting comfortable and even when she is able, insomnia often creates problems.

    Do you have any information on chronic conditions, such as MS, being helped with CBD. She tries to stay as natural as possible, so sleep drugs are not an option. I appreciate any insight you can offer.

    I learned something new today that CBD oil can assist in better sleep too. I had thought it is only used for treating joint or back pain. This is something that is worth exploring.     Lucky for me or rather unlucky for me, I have not had any problems with falling asleep in a very long time. I have 3 kids and I get woken up several times in the night because one wants water, the other wants to go to the toilet etc.. I am forever longing to fall asleep and I believe given a chance I would sleep the whole day.

    However, my best friend has a huge problem with sleeping.  She sleeps very late and wakes up several times during the night. she simply is not sleeping well every single day. I think the fact that she is a nurse and has all these weird shift makes matters worse. It is good to know that there are many people out there suffering from sleep disorders like her.
